What we collect

When you use the dig request form we collect your name, phone number, property address and the message you write. If you text us, we see the number you text from and any photos you send.

How we use it

We use it to call you back, to place the 811 request for your address, and to price and schedule the work. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our office and crews see it. The one-call center gets the address and route of a dig we are doing, because the law requires the request. Nobody else does.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you by calling or emailing us. We answer on the next working day.
